Columbia Self Storage is headed to the Self Storage Association Spring Conference & Trade Show on March 12-14, 2024 in National Harbor, MD!
We're proud to welcome Eleven Dehart, fka The Metropolitan Lofts, a stunning 59-unit upscale residence, to our portfolio. Columbia Self Storage is excited to announce our expansion into Arizona, with the acquisition of three properties in Cottonwood (Anchor), Cornville, and Lakeside. This expansion comes on the heels of our recent groundbreaking on a large ground-up RV and storage location that is also in Cottonwood, which is expected to open in 2024. The new facilities offer a variety of unit sizes and amenities including drive-up access and vehicle parking. The Anchor location is a site of 114 drive-up units and 14,300 Net Rentable Square Feet. Anchor is just minutes away from the Cottonwood RV and storage site. Cottonwood is part of the Verde Valley wine region, which is home to over 30 wineries and stunning views of the Sedona red rock formations. Cornville is a small town with a friendly and laid-back atmosphere in the heart of the wine region. Just 15 minutes from Anchor, this site is a mix of 176 drive-up units with 23,400 NRSF. Lakeside, which is located 3 hours east of Cottonwood, is a popular destination for families and one of the few places in Arizona where you can see all four seasons. The property has 152 drive-up units, 16 parking spaces with a total 24,000 NRSF. Columbia Self Storage now has 27 locations throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Arizona with 10,057 units and over 1.2M NRSF. We're excited to announce and welcome Lyndhurst, NJ as our newest Columbia Self Storage location! Formerly operated by Life Storage/Extra Space, this facility located at 1 Terminal Road sits in the heart of the Meadowlands right off of Route 3 and just minutes outside of the Lincoln Tunnel. Facility Information Buildings: 1 NRSF: 83,973 SF Total Units: 943 There are now 24 Columbia Self Storage locations throughout New York, New Jersey & Pennsylvania with a new total of 1,174,023 rentable square feet across 9,598 units.
